Customer Support Volunteer - Retail (Sutton Coldfield Superstore)

Our retail shops are the face of our charity on the high-street and in local communities. As a Customer Support Volunteer you will provide a first-class customer service experience, ensuring customers find everything they need during their visit.

Our amazing team of vibrant & diverse volunteers helps us run our retail shops, raising money for vulnerable children, young people and families across the UK.

It would be great if you could volunteer one shift a week (or even more if you want) but we’re always happy to be flexible to work around your availability. However, we are limited to the number of placements we can offer to Duke of Edinburgh volunteers and under 18s, so please use the Ask a question option below to check if we have availability to accommodate your application.
